NCS Technology recently completed Wi-Fi network upgrade projects across our schools, and I have been extremely impressed with the service provided throughout. From the initial planning and scheduling through to installation and post-project support, the team were professional, responsive and easy to work with. Communication was excellent at every stage, particularly when coordinating around other building works taking place on site during the summer holiday period. The engineers completed the installations to a very high standard, taking the time to ensure everything was configured correctly and fully documented. The new wireless infrastructure is performing brilliantly, and the project was delivered with minimal disruption. What stood out most was the team's customer service. Any questions were answered promptly, issues were dealt with openly and professionally, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final outcome. It's clear that NCS genuinely care about delivering a quality service and building long-term relationships with their customers. We recently completed a medium/large network upgrade, planned and managed in partnership with NCS. The project was delivered smoothly, everything went according to plan, and the whole process was well organised from start to finish. We have also used NCS for a number of other projects over the years and have always received excellent service and support. We have used NCS over the years for many if not all of our networking work. Recently they have also provided services such electrical installations and even completed some Audio-Visual Bits for us. Always fantastic communication from the teams at all levels and work is always carried out to a brilliant standard. I’ve been using these guys for years now, and they are consistently my go-to for any cabling, infrastructure or wireless needs. The on-site team is always prompt and gets the job done properly, and the office staff are super friendly and helpful too. They go the extra mile to make sure everything’s right before they leave.
